Hello Joseph,

I was going to wait until July before commenting. By then I would have expected a public news release and market reaction.

1. Currently, inactive status exists until mid-May. Only then can news be released.

2. The hiring of more geologists took place earlier in the year. Could someone living in the Vancouver area visit the offices to see how it is coming along and report back on the internet.

3. Geodex appears to be receiving property submissions. I thought that the
availability of cash and the potential of a relatively strong stock
price would be required. I assume then, that the other firms are
confident the acquisition terms will be met financially by Geodex.

4. On site:www.stockscape.com, I believe only news releases related to
resident newsletters are available. For those who subscribe to this
site, which newsletter is following Geodex at this early stage?

5. John Kaiser will be in Vancouver, June 14 & 15, at the Robson
Square Conference Centre. Could someone ask him about Geodex
and the status of Chimborazo? The first option year expires on
July 7/98.

At this stage Joseph, before questions about dilution and financing
are entertained, lets hope that any property acquisitions are more
than just "geologically interesting".
