Since I started this board, I feel duty bound to offer my opinion.

First off, I no longer own this stock. I managed to sell out last
year before the big fall. One bit of advice I'd like to pass on to
those looking at this as a new investment is *be careful*.

ISWI was operating for a while before the company they were dealing
with lost their license. I tried in vain to get some feedback from
the company on how they were doing. What the volume of bets/terminal
was, etc. While I like the potential of the concept, I was not happy
with how things were progressing. I just had a funny feeling in my
stomach about ISWI.

I got out with a small loss that could have been huge. If you are
really bullish on the company, buy an airline ticket, fly to Vegas
and try the system. Sit and watch how often these terminals get
used. Try to call ISWI and see if they have any type of investor
relations person. Search some of the internet gambling newsgroups
and see if anybody is talking about the system.

Good luck to those of you who are long. Most of my "gambles" are in
the biotech arena right now.

Larry
