Dear Larry, Its been a couple of months since we talked last. Good report above. We have had some fun and games talking about "long lost bill young". He has obviously been zapped by the "back alley players". He was a public company oriented kind of guy- not needed in the new company order I would presume. IMS is still a public company as we speak. If the rules for public companies mean anything, they ought to apply to this circumstance with IMS. Otherwise, why would anyone invest in such companies! We are asserting our position in the best way we can. You hate to see a needless inter-company powerplay reduce the situation to that, but if you have to do it at least we are within the boundaries of the Ch 11 court. We will have more to say now, than before. Thanks again for the input. We need these reminders if we are to stay in the game, and know where we are coming from and going to. Also, thanks again for co employees for staying the course. No matter the verdict, you are doing the right thing by keeping the technology moving forward. DD
