Steven,

There are no negative developments to report that would account for the recent decline in the share price. The stock has slipped to it's new lows on light volume which would indicate there are a few impatient or frustrated investors wanting to exit their position rather than hold on. This is understandable because of the lack of news flowing from the company but as I said before I believe the downside risk for Solar is very limited compared to the potential gains to be made. The risk at this point is limited to financing and from what I understand a number of houses have expressed interest both in Canada and the United States. The sector in general has attracted significant investment capital recently and with the consolidation that is occuring in the life science product market it will be an area that will attract an even greater amount of equity investment.
If anything develops I will post it, keep in touch.

Regards,
Mark
