Jin (And ALL), Cheryl & I have discussed the Exchange with Warrants idea at length. We both agree that it would certainly be beneficial to shareholders. To me, that looks pretty obvious.

And it is something that can be considered in it's proper context when the stock has reached it proper value. But we don't think the stock will be properly valued until the SEC filing shows up for all to see.

I have said it before, that I think there are many, many brokers and money managers out there just waiting on the sidelines to have the report filed and available to the public so they can legitimately recommend FAMH to their clients.

When that happens, the stock will begin to find a proper valuation level (which I personally think is much higher than the current price).

At that point, we can all look at the situation and make a better decision based on facts rather than speculation.

Overall, we think the idea of getting shares with warrants (at a nice discount) is definitely good for shareholders!

But let's get the financial statement posted on EDGAR first.

FAMH share value has become so closely tied to the "financials" that I have coined a new term for focus of our whole investment... "FAMHancials."

That pretty much tells the story as we see it.

Remember, everybody should just do whatever is best suited to their own comfort level for risk tolerance.

(I am using Cheryl's computer right now because mine crashed last night. Hope to be back at it tomorrow.)
