For What It's Worth,

Note a past Gartner Research report strongly advised that clients
considering buying Fore equipment put a clause in their contract
to the effect that any service and support agreements be made
expressly transferable should Fore be merged with another entity.
Not the exact words of course, and not sure if that's standard
contract talk. So take it FWIW. Peter.
