Bobby--
I am pretty up to speed on the Trooper story. I think Trooper has got everything up to ready to go into Poland (two plants immediately), but it all boils down to the outcome of a court case that MAY be decided on the 21st of this month. I say "may" because ThermoTech, from whom Trooper tried to license its plants from, has an effective program of delaying tactics to head off the courts.

Looks to me that TPP, TT and IECS are in the same business, really. The soil remediation sideline is IECS' added bonus. With the letter of intent with Campbell's of Toronto, IECS has moved in on a TT waste supplier. I have to wonder if this means anything, or maybe Campbell's has just found a cheaper place to dump waste.

At any rate, IECS' plants cost less than 1/5th of a ThermoMaster plant. I think that will be a big selling point in the market. Not many communities can support a $12 million plant.

I feel much better about IECS' future than TT's at this point, too.

Cheers!
Rick
