Hi Ann,

We also have left turns on red if the street you're turning onto is one way.

My Irises did do much better the second year than the first, and better the third year than the second. I have to look into how, and when to divide them. Is the best time in the fall when they are dormant? Only problem with bulb plants (or is it just Irises?) is the short blooming season. Maybe more cold in the winter, which we don't get, makes a difference. Yes, you have to fake them out, as you say, but in the refrigerator, not the freezer.

That tornado, as I said a very small one, but a big deal out here, was about seven miles from my house. So, no problem.

At work I got delivery of my new HP LaserJet 6L yesterday. It's sitting next to my new Pentium II computer. Also, at home, we just set up our new Sony 200GS monitor, same monitor I have at work. It's great to have all new, instead of inheriting stuff someone else used to have. Can you believe a virgin hard drive?

Getting closer to the Intel shareholders' meeting. When do I pick you up at the airport? :-) Woops, better be careful or Sonny will be telling me about steak on the eye again.

Tony
