Proteon does advertise and they do put out press releases, but nothing seems to do much good. I have to assume that as long as they are not making money, the company only has the value that someone is willing to pay, and that does not seem to be very much.

If IBM wants the company, they could slowly purchase it at what seems to be bargin prices now and never tell anyone what they are doing until it is too late. Or is the low price of the stock a way of telling people that the market does not think that Proteon is telling the truth in the press releases?
