Just talked to Gary. 1. Current public float is 23,000,000 2. No insider selling and co is not issuing any shares. 3. Big buyers taking positions today 4. Lots of interest from around the world in their software. 5. News release (mayby tomorrow) 6. Merger or acquisition in the works. That's about it from my short conversation. Gary is a great guy and answered all my questions as straightforward as anyone could ask for. He really knows his business!
