My Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary defines Hype as:
1) slang: a statement to promote sales
and
2) slang: deception, put-on

If the word "hype" is meant as in definition #1, then yep, I guess we are hyping this stock because we are positive about it and want to promote sales of this stock and interest in the product.

If the word "hype" is meant as in definition #2 then we just need to ignore it as we as longs do not believe VVUS to be either deceptive or a put-on. I ignore falsehoods aimed at defaming my character.. (remember the ole sticks and stones theory)

The action WAS good yesterday. Good news just seems to pull the worms out of the woodwork sometimes.

Disclaimer: This was not intended to be aimed at anyone in particular. It was just my opinion and I posted it to you. I say this in "my best interest" as I have sworn to NOT respond to certain people on this thread!. <g>
