Ardent Software (ARDT) has a market cap of 209 million.

I agree that when a company is purchased that there is a premium. Who knows if Hummingbird was mentioning the current cap or the cap that the company will have when we acquire them.

Could also be Red Brick. Maybe that was why somebody from Red Brick called my house and reminded me to send in my proxy a few weeks ago. I don't know where they got my phone number. Perhaps the broker gave it to him.
