HI Paul ; Yes that 10/20/30 is a real set up..the arguments they
used to push it through were not logical..except on the surface
to shallow minded people ..it's far to much..10/15/20 would have
been my compromise the SEC buckeled to pressure from the
Wall Street Monopolest hoods.
BTW MY take on Window Dressing the FUNDS do..
