Erik H. East sez: Monday, Apr 27 1998 11:44PM ET The press release on the CSN spin-off indicated a desire on their part to free up the growth value of the convergent billing services, and to allow the spin-off to acquire others in the business. Looks like consolidation is coming. Could be bullish for the entire group.
