Debt can't always be re-structured, at least not to their benefit. It would depend on when they got the financing and how the future looks to the investor/banker. EXTEND THE FREAKIN' WARRANTS!...GET THE EARNINGS ON TRACK, GET THE SHARE PRICE UP, REDEEM THE WARRANTS AND PAY OFF THE FREAKIN' DEBT! (sorry, too much coffee today) Richard
