<TCMS is like finding buried treasure IMHO ... why hasn't the world discovered this stock ?> That's an excellent question because their backlog is growing as well as their earnings capacity. They are expanding their fab facilities rapidly and have a new deepwater yard coming online in June. Also in June, their new pipelaying barge will start working. Technically, there's a good deal of resistance until it gets over 14, but with the fundamentals so strong, I think it's just a matter of time. I have often seen these small companies not move for weeks and then suddenly jump 25% in two or three days. IMO, sooner or later good things will happen. With eps growth around 50%, it can't stay below book value forever. EPS estimates and growth are higher for TCMS than HOFF, yet HOFF already trades in the 14's and TCMS is in the 11's.
