Larry, MU ended less than 5%, but did hit nearly 8% during the 5 day period. I am studying all of the data to see how many times MU exceeded 5%, 4%, etc during the five day period. Therefore, if a stop was set at 4% gain, what % would pay off. Likewise, which months are better. For instance, checking MU and INTC today, the last day of Sept and 1st 4 days of Oct is a losing period. Not worth the bet.
My numbers include last 41 months. I'm going to carry it back another 2 or 3 years, to gather more numbers for the averages.
