No, not at all.
Here's the point. Microsoft is intent on market domination, which is self-evident. A look at the numbers, however, shows the market growing faster than Microsoft is. (Oracle, Sun, HP, Netscape, and now even IBM, are each growing faster than Microsoft's 14%)
Therefore, Microsoft had better start growing alot faster (which they say they won't be), they'd better eliminate competition (which they're failing at), or the market has to slow (yeah, right).
To dominate, you have to lead. To lead, Microsoft has to catch up.
