I agree that it will be a great company. If I were buying now I'd buy LCI as it is slated to get $42 in Qwest shares and no less than 1-1/16 share of Qwest for every share of LCI. If Qwest is above $39 and a fraction, LCI shareholders will see over $42, if it's below that LCI shareholders get $42 worth of Qwest based on a 10 day average immediately before the merger.
I think the moves they are making will result in a company whose growth is just tremendous. If I were Sprint I'd be looking over my shoulder.
