Techie: Dr. Cioffi and VDSL are synonymous.

The only reason I think Dr. Cioffi is critical to Amati is VDSL. As long as he is under contract with Amati there shouldn't be any question as to the VDSL patent ownership.

Tomorrow ought to be interesting, any predictions?
