I've just skimmed through AOL's quarterly report and notice that the
rate at which new members are being signed up has dropped sharply.

While an earlier posting indicates that the current quarter is AOL's
slowest, it sure looks as if the daily sign-up rate is plummeting.
I would also imagine that Compuserve will have difficulty maintaining,
let alone increasing its membership, so AOL may be running into some
growth problems.
I wonder if any analysts will have noticed this sharp drop off? |
