WOW! DD MOSTLY COMPLETE ON <TSIG>.....LOOKS HOT!
Incredibly strong finish at the close
CEO, Robert Gordon, has an excellent track record and has a huge vested interest in this compnay with his own money
TWO DIVISIONS: Their "Core" division involves an inbound call center operation with clients like Harley Davidson, the Masters Golf Tournament, Nike, etc. One of the things they do is organize and co-ordinate events, so people can make one phone call and have everything taken care of. Their database of clients is huge, which management is trying to take advantage of in yet other future businesses. They feel they have one of the largest inbound caller databases around.
MUSIC WEBSITE LAUNCH SOON! Their most exciting story is the recent acquisition of CCI Music, a very profitable conventional Music club via snail mail (akin to BMG), I guess.
What's cool is this! That business is now being geared up for the Internet and should be on line within 30 days. Thier prices will be excellent and the company will get a $10 up front fee (i.e instant revenues) as well as ongoing revenues as people purchase. This membership fee will buy a "Music Card" with excellent privileges for members, as they order more and more CD's on line over the Internet...a win-wn scenario.
ADVERTISING: They are smart. An advertising campaign is starting in the NY Times. But instead of paying the regular high costs, they are in line (i.e standby) to purchase space LAST MINUTE, whenever a committed advertiser decides to drop out. They pay something like 5 cents on the dollar to advertise this way.
FIANCIALS: They have a report on Edgar...I haven't checked yet
EXPECTED REVENUES: Anticipated to be $35 mil for this calendar year for the Music side and another sizable chunk for the teleservices side. Could be as much as $100 mil, I'm told if all breaks their way.
