Stuart, perhaps you don't mind telling us what got yu into Applied Carbon in the first place. You would like to see outside directors with industry experience would indicate that there is no graphite experienced member in the management team. It is always good to see management being an investor in the company. Your 9.8million shares at todays price gives you a 588000 Dollar stake or 15% of the company. Do you consider this stake as a high risk element in your overall growth strategy and what time frame are you looking at for this very difficult turn around.
