I agree with you 100%. We have no guarantees. Just another gimmick. Something even sounds desperate on the part of Ira to even suggest such a proposal. According to Ira, he is suppose to be going on a ten city tour to promote the stock. In addition to the other deal s in the works, this should be more than enough good news to propel this stock to where it belongs in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, if the picture is not as rosie as Ira makes it out to be, then this deal begins to make sense. IF Ira is being honest with his statements, then I would prefer the path of patience to achieve our goal. Also, if Ira and company feels that there are too many shares out there, let them buy back some of them. Why should we be penalized(reverse split) for his over-sight.
