The judge has delayed her decision due to her heavy case load
according to my source. Part of the decision has already been
written although my timing has been wrong and I admit to that, my
source is still under the impression that judge Jones has done a
tremendous amount of outside legal research to formulate her decision. This may be the result of her inexperience in the patent
area in combination with the complexity of the issues at hand. I have also obtained a paid for review of the patent by a nationally recognized patent firm. The general conclusion of the report is
that there are certain claims within the corpus of the patent that have
a high likelihood of being upheld but will have a narrow scope of application. But, IMO that narrow scope will hit upon some huge
internet applications. Furthermore, this outside opinion stated that certain of the defendants will probably be dismissed from the case
due to a lack of nexus between their business activities and the patent claims. Finally, the likelihood of gift having the case dismissed
is less then 3% .
