NO ....Thats not what i meant...some companies such as RMIL are shell companies....companies that do not exist....now there are legit companies that wouldn't mind taking over RMIL....changing the name.....that way they have a free ride into the market....just another alternative to going public rather than having to fill in all the qualifications to establish an IPO....a process which can take years.....
