Duncan, the reason that Clinton and his associates are being so obstructive of anything to do with the Starr investigation may have to do with a strategy that his attorneys are building for him to prevent testifying at all. This theory, which I have seen discussed on several of the talking heads programs, is one real possibility of how he may handle this, citing his belief that the entire thing is a witchhunt by the far right.

What do you think would happen if he simply refused to testify?
