AT&T's Frame Relay network melted several weeks ago. Just goes to show that no matter what you do, your always vulnerable to the telcos. They had an outage that lasted over 24 hours.....unbelievable. This affected many major businesses, including ATM machines. I heard that Wells Fargo moved their entire ATM (automated teller, not async transfer mode) network to MCI the next day. Ouch!
