I agree. A reverse split is a radical move. If the company's rock solid, why do it ? I don't like this proposal one bit. If the company's so undervalued as Ira emphatically states, get that share buyback IN FULL GEAR and reduce outstanding shares. That will demonstrate a commitment from management to get O/S under control. This will just have another negative effect on this company. This is a bad move.
