Christine, I personally think it is abhorrent that the religious right and the Catholic Church have managed to inflict their anti-birth control philosophies on people I personally believe that birth control is very important for the survival of the planet. But you should consider that there is a reasonable, logical, and non-religious argument that abortion is not the same as contraception. A logical person may consider abortion abhorrent and the moral equivalent of infanticide based purely on ethical arguments. Just respectfully presenting another view, one which has nothing to do with practicality or economics. Jack
