Bill, Did we see this article: techweb.cmp.com I agree with your estimate of no raise in rates, but the market needs an excuse to rotate their money right here. You do charts, right? Did you see the crossover in the MA's just about to happen? I love to see crossovers happen, its a good sign for long term growth. The two MA's just met today. Soon.
