Hpw can MSFT have no control when you, me, and the networking server we are using to comunicate are relying on MSFT products for the most integral and important piece of software on all of our respective systems.

Maybe Bill Gates should get you a top job at the Justice Department. I think he would appreciate your version of reality in such a position.
