My first reaction is that it's a great idea but the timing is not right yet. We got to restore the confidence of the ever patient share holders. Now how do you do that ?

We have been promised several items by the management ; submission of financials to SEC leading to release by Edgar, eps > 0.1085, good solid growth, opening of Miami office, release of performa this week or next.

Now I say, let all this happen and get the public and brokers exposed to these facts, then our stock WILL appreciate and move Accordingly. We will have a better idea of where we stand and how to proceed with the next step.

There is too much turmoil among the share holders right now. Trust is dwindling down and will not come back until the price starts moving up again.
