Apparently so far the news is available only through Dow Jones. Since this is a subscription service, I will paraphrase the follow-up story to the headline you reported. The shareholder lawsuit was filed in New York earlier today by the law firm Abbey Gardy and Squitieri on behalf of shareholder Fredric Gesten. The lawsuit alleges the company made false statements concerning its contracts and licenses and overstated its revenue projections. Not unexpectedly, the lawsuit seeks class action status.
