I couldn't find any news. Everything seemed normal until about 3 pm when a few 10,000+ share trades drove the price down. Might have been some institution getting rid of some stock. I got in at 13 3/16, although in retrospective I could have waited longer and bought at a better price. I wouldn't be surprised if it rebounds in the next couple days.
