Mike, how can you determine from the sheets that a $.75 offer will attract that many shares. Are you or your broker friend able to read the minds of the shareholders? The arguments you present are not based on logical reasoning. You continually fail to answer the question of why anyone with a little sense would part with their shares????? cash value =$2M now + $9m fom sale +$10M from lawsuit=$21m divided by 20m shares=$1.05/share That does not include the other assests primarily the software they own. Please explain your reasoning
