Michael, Canada Stockwatch is saying GRM has 34M shares O/S.
I checked the GRM 1995 annual report, it has 23.7M shares O/S
as of Dec 31, 1995. So the Stockwatch number, though high,
may be true because GRM issued some units in Mar and June of 1996.

I guess you are not using Netscape, otherwise even an old
version of Netscape V1 will enable you to look at
Canada Stockwatch :-).
