Al, It looks to me that you were likely correct, calling for a basing here just above the 14 level: 207.95.154.130 The technical picture is not yet positive. But, forced to guess, I would say that if the technical picture improves WITHOUT a close under 14, then we are back in business. If we can get both stochastics and the RSI to turn up, I would consider it time to get aboard. All IMHO, of course. For certainty, you would have to agree, CTEC is not amongst the cats and dogs, even if the company tossed that bombshell into our playpen.
