If you like CTI, you might as well do some work on the fastest growing CTI software player. Look at GCTI's customers and partners - blue chips everywhere. The targeted market is estimated at only a couple hundred million (albeit growing rapidly). However, in my experience these market size estimates aren't reliable esimtes for the eventual revenue opportunity.
