Hi Baz,

You never mentioned your net cost basis for the stock. Let's take a look at some fundamental info.

P/E? Looks Good!

NYSE: (GLM : $25 3/16) $4,337 million Market Cap at May 6, 1998
Trades at a 20% Discount PE Multiple of 12.5 X, vs. the 15.7 X average multiple at which the Drilling & Marine Supply SubIndustry is priced.

Current Earnings? Met expectations the last two qtr.
Mar98 Q1 0.29a 0.39 0.39a +0.0% 19 14-APR-98

Next Earnings?
Jun98 Q2 0.34a 0.48 0.53 0.41 18 15-JUL-98

In looking at the past two years. GLM seems to dip every June! Earnings have been flat for the past two earnings reports this year.
I would sell a CC for June at the money if your net is low enough.
