Daniel.. Its been my experience that a stock goes down after a reverse split/merger. I do not know the specific terms under which the reverse merger will occur, they might be favorable, but history has taught us that, more often than not, a stock goes down after a reverse split/merger. www2.techstocks.com This thread discusses reverse's.. you might want to ask questions there..
