Paul,

Sorry if I sounded a bit negative, and I apologize to anyone who may feel I was too negative or scary. But you got it right about a bad trade.

I had some problems recently, some not really the fault of CyberCorp, and I am currently negative about the current state of some things. I have discontinued trading until some key issues can be resolved. One key issue concerns the connection, and Philip Berber seems to be trying to correct that problem now. Hopefully that and other issues will be resolved soon.

Let me just say, though, that anyone considering dealing with World Com for a dedicated frame relay line should re-think that strategy. From my own personal experience, World Com is definitely NOT the kind of company we need to be dealing with. If you like the way you are treated by the I.R.S., then you'll really love dealing with World Com. I cannot say how strongly (negative) I feel about those people. I would quit trading altogether if I had to do business with them. Again, I apologize sincerely to anyone already involved with World Com and liking them. It's just my own experience.

Bill
