Zman... Greenwich Global recorded the conversations and got the numbers of three different callers who slandered and lied about ACRT. Pink and crew are dumb jacks if ever there were any. Slander and telephone harrassment across state lines is a federal offense, not just a civil suit. Greenwich is based in Connecticut, pink is in New York. I don't know about the other two calls. pink is truely a desperate, stupid fool. pink and company will have their butts in a federal penitentary, as well as being defendents in their civilsuit by ACRT. The SEC will have a field day with them, as well. The SEC have made it clear they are looking for an example to use to curtail internet stock manipulation. I imagine they've got all they need to nail them. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys...
