It almost sounds as if this write up, excellent BTW, was part of a private placement. It refers to the stock price being $5 and backs its value with revs, losses, history, etc. I am missing the piece of info that took this stock from $5 to .50. This was a reverse merger, as I understand it, a backing into a shell. So it was not the classical IPO from which the stock price falls. Can you shed some light? And thanks for introducting me to this VERY interesting company. :^) Charger
