kevin, i have to believe the doj is inolved as we speak. this is the first internet fraud case of its kind and it will set civil and CRIMINAL precedent. a very STRONG message MUST be sent to all criminals around the globe. if you use the internet for stock fraud - YOU PAY BOTH CIVILLY AND CRIMINALLY!!!! i have no info to verify this - just speculation...
