No I did not see it stop, but could easily predict the reversal, which is something I can't yet do with stocks. The intent of Stan's quote is great, but the trick seems to be to know how to play it.
If I could have done that I would have sold my MSFT and LU LEAPs the day of earnings, my PFE jun calls @ 117, etc... I might as well use darts to time my short term trading. It would do just as good as my current method. <g> I hope you took the humor as just that, humor, I value your perspective and contributions.

PS I need to learn some of Steve's Doji JuJu, (HEY STEVE where are you?!) I've been watching VIX.X since you explained the "Red morning Star Doji thingy", and noticed a ??"White sort of Doji Star thingy" on 5/4 (the day you sold all??) Help us Doji-wan-kenobi you're our only hope. (Hehehehehe,... sometimes I just entertain myself too much...)
