Slim, I believe there are ongoing clinical studies concerning the use of SSRI's to treat premature ejaculation. It is already well known that SSRI's can be very useful for this condition. I have a hand full of patients who have PE and who have benefited significantly from SSRI's. They also are usually very well tolerated.
