music... I don't have absolute proof of a tender. I only have gut instinct. My gut tells me that there are any number of companies looking to buy their way into the market Cymedix serves. One nearly revenueless company, Actamed, was recently bought for $120 million. CSC has put together an entire division to get them into the business. ADRX tried to steal their way in. And then there is little old Medix with nifty technology, good, well known management, a lot of cash. And no sponsorship. Put yourself in the shoes of the M&A guy at one of 40 large healthcare or computer companies. What do you see when you look at MDIX?
