Jim, This is incredible news. I would think the last thing on the Company's mind is getting trading again at this time. I would not doubt that Miller has even requested a delay in the resumption of trading until this lawsuit is well underway. IMHO this could be huge for the share price of SKB, but how long before it starts trading again is a good question. Cheers, Pat
