Credibility. The credibility is there. Read the reviews. Research the management. Bringing on second level management is a strong move.The share price is there. The cash is close to the requirement.I need to reread the req's. Such a mish mash and they changed them again a while ago. There are I believe three ways to qualify for either NSMC or full NASDAQ.They have audited books. They have brokerage support. They indicated when asked that the move is in the works. Some folks only invest in certain levels of company listings. However as far as NASDAQ conferring credibility, I have been screwed by more full nasdaq co's than I care to count. Full nasdaq confers nothing in my experience.You are free of course to disagree.Just an example if nasdaq is so pure, why did they pay a BILLION dollar settlement ANSWER, because they knew they were guilty of worse. WHEW that felt good to blow off steam. Yes, you are right, people will buy if they are nasdaq. Yes, people can margin also. But yes, people can short easier also. MM's already can and did.Look at TRII it was full nasdaq. now delisted a one year run, and nasdaq provided no oversight. I didn't lose on that one, I did my own DD. Development co's are just that and if anyone thinks there is a cut and dried timeline that can be counted on, welllll good luck. If you go with good people, you will succeed more often than not. In my opinion, these are good people. Hope it isn't too high for you when they are listed, and they will be. S.
